1.
Open a custom Crystal report
(Note: this report should be saved
to your company folder for the latest
release of Peachtree that you installed. i.e.,
c:\peachw\bcs\custom.rpt)
2. Select Verify Database from the Database menu
3. Click OK if Crystal Reports displays a series of Directory error messages
4.
Click OK to the message: Please give location of Info view
or dictionary
used to create this report.

Select File.ddf (located in your new Peachtree company data
folder) from the
Choose Database File window.
For example, select \PEACHW\BCS\FILE.DDF.

Click OK to any data definition messages associated with your
report design if you are
asked to update your report. For example, if your report lists customer names,
you may
receive the message, the database file "Customers" has changed.
Proceed to fix
up the report..
7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 until the report is displayed in Crystal Reports
8. Save each updated report
