How do you convert reports from older versions of Peachtree?

1.      Open a custom Crystal report

(Note:  this report should be saved to your company folder for the latest
release of Peachtree that you installed.  i.e., c:\peachw\bcs\custom.rpt)

2.      Select Verify Database from the Database menu

3.      Click OK if Crystal Reports displays a series of Directory error messages

4.      Click OK to the message: Please give location of Info view or dictionary
used to create this report
.

5.      Select File.ddf (located in your new Peachtree company data folder) from the
Choose Database File window.  For example, select \PEACHW\BCS\FILE.DDF.

6.      Click OK to any data definition messages associated with your report design if you are
asked to update your report. For example, if your report lists customer names, you may
receive the message, the database file "Customers" has changed. Proceed to fix
up the report.
.

7.      Repeat steps 3 through 6 until the report is displayed in Crystal Reports

8.      Save each updated report
