I'm GIVING AWAY MOST OF MY STUFF... better now than after I'm dead, right? It's okay, I want to! Some things have gone already to a new home, but I still have some smaller things, and some decent furniture, mostly not too big, except for the dresser, which isn't bad if you take the drawers out, so that would need a pickup to fetch it. I do have a hand cart here you can use (not keep!). There's still some kitchen things, and some books, and Xmas knick-knacks... It's not junk, and I have no kids, nobody to inherit it, so I'm lightening up! Life is a wild ride, is it not!? ^_^

Donations are very welcome, but not required. And I AM selling my own artwork, which is NOT cheap, but not unaffordable, and varies in size and pricing-- I will negotiate, and I do take commissions. It's non-representational, bright, geometric, and "fun." Come and see just that, if you like! I will continue doing art, and one day I'll be famous!! After I'm dead, I'm sure, LOL.

6042 Watauga Beach Drive, off Beach Drive-- You can ONLY turn one way onto Watauga. You will go a fair ways, it's kind of a little forest on the way, winding around and down and around, down to the waterfront. You will come to a FORK at the bottom of the hill, on level with waterfront.

NOTE: GPS may be faulty: AT THE FORK, Go RIGHT, NOT left, that is Glover. Stay on Watauga (bearing R). As soon as you veer RIGHT, you go around a curve and take the driveway at the VERY FIRST MAILBOX, it's GREEN, on the RIGHT, you'll see my little sign at the CONE. Turn right and go UP the drive, small yellow cottage, driveway to the RIGHT, across from the DUCK POND. It's the FIRST driveway-- NOT at the top of the hill.

Everything is in Very Good shape, some of it Like New. EVERYTHING IS FREE, except the OLD FIESTA WARE.
This is the collector's Fiesta Ware, and I will sell it, that's the only thing I'm selling, I think. It's worth around a thousand dollars, but I will let it all go for $500. It's mixed colors, and there's only a couple of pieces that have any chips! I freely point out those chips! These are collector's items, and they're also very sturdy; I've been using them for years, but I don't put them in the DW. You are welcome to examine all the pieces, but... you break, you buy! I have been admonished not to be stupid about this! lol So, selling Fiesta Ware and maybe the little desk and mirror. Bed frame is free.

*Ranch Oak TWIN BED FRAME
very sturdy, excellent condition w/matching mirror and small desk -- I am considering keeping the desk and mirror, but the twin bed frame, slats included, is free to go! Maybe I'll sell the desk and mirror if you want it, but -- we'll see!

*DINING TABLE w/leaves, veneer top, in great shape -- it's really quite nice, but I have many tables.

*Coffee table... I'm using it, but I'll call you or maybe bring it to you before I move out. ^_^

*ONE BOOKCASE (slender but heavy) in good shape except the paper backing needs fixing or replaced... when books are in it, it's not obvious. ;)

*Antique CEDAR CHEST -- one hinge needs a little fixing, but it's quite useable as is -- great for woolies

*Large (but not that heavy with the drawers out) CHEST of DRAWERS

THIS WENT TO A NEW HOME *Marshall guitar amplifier- ValveState 2000 in great shape; has the foot pedal, cord, and booklet. :)

*TWO black metal folding card table type chairs with cushioning on seats

*Four very sturdy wooden dining chairs, painted raspberry color

*Some books-- some are almost new and are in Very Good Condition--whatever is left goes to the Manchester Library.

*Some kitchen things, bedding (twin), large, nice backgammon board, ironing board/iron, some plants...

*Stonehenge Oven-to-Table, white dishes, "Mid-Winter" - Not a complete collection but a fair amount left
*A few Pyrex baking dishes, and a nice quiche dish
*Some nice china teacups/saucers
*Vintage sherry glasses, decorative things and bits 'n' pieces,
*Shoe-shine kit in a tin container
*One very nice pair of size 71/2 high heel brown shoes, worn once

My plants need a good home... Mostly indoor, but a couple of outdoor ones, as well.
